I note on the Bull that there is some suggestion that PABN/PRWT no longer has Continental as their Transfer Agent. Tomorrow could bring some interesting confirmations if this is indeed true. Yes it is true. Continental has suspended services with PABN. The reason given was because they have not heard back from PABN. This was per my phone call to Marleen Cunningham at telephone 212-509-4000 ext.206 at 9:26a:m: ragingbull.com PABN has indeed been discontinued from Continental Transer by Continental. They will not issue or transfer any PABN stock. This is the ONLY info Marlene Cunningham would give me (conversation at 9:18 am this morning). She said to call the company for further info. Per another member's phone conversation with PABN, it seems this has to do with PRWT stock and it being converted to PABN stock and is nothing to worry about or anything that affects the current PABN shareholder. ragingbull.com
