YES-DBS Satellite Services Selects TiS' AFPSPRO to Improve Customer Service Automated Forms Processing Project Uses the Internet to Remotely Capture Thousands of Forms a Day TEL AVIV, Israel, Oct. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Top Image Systems, Ltd., (Nasdaq: TISA - news, TISAW - news), a leading innovator in digital information recognition and data capture software solutions, today announced that YES - DBS Satellite Services in Israel has chosen TiS' flagship product, AFPSPRO, to remotely process thousands of forms per day. Eitan Zechariya, Vice President of Sales at YES, said: ''YES places our customers at the center of our activities. TiS' AFPSPRO enables us to process a very large number and variety of forms and quickly and efficiently respond to the hundreds of thousands of clients that contact the company. TiS' system allows us to achieve a significant competitive advantage by decreasing our operational costs and improving our ability to provide customers with our direct broadcast satellite service more quickly.'' Using AFPSPRO's Dynamic Workflow, thousands of customer service applications and approval forms will be scanned daily at dozens of remote sites across the country. The scanned images will be sent, via the Internet, to two processing centers. AFPSPRO's unique technology will recognize both printed and handwritten Hebrew characters. Automating the forms processing will decrease the processing time from approximately seven minutes to less than one minute, enabling YES to channel valuable resources elsewhere. The system will also automatically generate personalized letters to clients, improving customer response time and service. Dr. Ido Schecter, Vice President of Marketing and Sales at TiS, commented: ''This project confirms TiS as the leader in its field and illustrates the value of TiS' advanced Internet capabilities. Whether in our region or around the world, TiS' web driven solutions maximize resources and get the job done.'' YES Satellite Television has recently started to build the infrastructure needed to capture satellite broadcasts in Israel. Broadcasting is planned to begin April 2000. So basically all these deals were probably leaked or told to the NEW investors screwing all of us warrant holders, as at least with these new client deals...which suspiciously ARE ANNOUNCED AFTER the deal is made that possibly could make the stock go up...NOW IT WON'T BECAUSE they only have to pay between 4 and 5 dollars for 3.3 million shares. At least we would have had a chance to get SOMETHING out of our investment in this company...NOT LIKING IT! chris
