This thread's very quiet today. I'm taking advantage of this lull to buy a few more November 200 calls, as I think we'll see the 220's again before earnings.

Greg. Several times you've mentioned "resentment over IP".
I think this is cultural. I doubt that you'll see much of this "resentment" among the high tech firms on the west coast. Europeans may ressent paying Americans royalties on phone chips, but so what. Europeans do have patents and get paid royalties too (just consider their drug companies). Ditto for Japan. As for Korea, they better recognize IP if they wish to sell products into the US. Mainly we are left with China and a few other Asian countries. China has little IP and basically would like to steal the second copy of all Western IP for next to nothing--but the West just doesn't have to purchase low tech Chinese exports (Mexico and S America can provide similar things now and the former Eastern Europe in the future. So the Chinese are stuck and will probably steal what they can get away with while paying lip service to the IP treaties.
I am beginning to wonder whether you don't believe the IP laws are fair or important.
