Considering the tone of voice Bob Anunz. responded with when asked about the 500MM buyback (on the CC after the Racal purchase) I figured that buyback was, as you said, past. He said something like "yes, that is still a possible action, we said it was a possibility to make that buyback, and it is still an available option......." Sorry, I was not aware they had made the statement about intending to do what I simply expected they will do: issue more stock "for use from time to time etc.etc." I guess the point is they will wait until the stock price establishes itself, rather than precipitate a drop. I hope. Martin
