Comments anyone on today's insider posting on yahoo. Mr. Targoff is at it again...blowing out more shares? Are there any seasoned veterans out there that can supply a little insight into the possible reasons Targoff is selling his shares. The record shows he consistently sells in the 21-24$ price range. How do we view this in light of B. Schwarz's latest BUYING spree. Can anyone confirm whether Schwarz's purchases were a requirement or simply an open buy on his own accord through his continuing belief in the success of the system. Any input would be most appreciated by me. I am a long time holder of Globalstar who is starting to get slightly cold feet. That being said...I can't shake the feeling that we are onto something BIG with Globalstar....especially if Airtouch's OMNITRACKS subscribers migrate to Globalstar. Does anyone have anything conclusive which points to Globalstar picking up Airtouch's OMNITRACKS subscribers. This is a critical time for Globalstar....another question is how quickly they can enhance their system for data transmission...cause let's face it...data is going to be the major source of revenue and Globalstar is holding a rather weak hand in that regard at 9600 bps. On top of that...Globalstar has released very little news regarding their plans for data transmission services. I was comforted to hear B. Schwartz say the next generation of Globalstar satellites with have TELEDISIC qualities...but that's at least 5-7 years away...and the outcome of Globalstar's future will be determined well before we reach that point in time. In closing....I would enjoy receiving brief...concise input from others regarding their long and short positions. From the longs out there....how many of you are starting to get nervous as I am, and how many are as bullish as ever with no reason to feel skeptical at all. At this point...I've done enough research into Globastar to keep my head spinning for the next decade. What I find so troubling is that the more research I do and the more feedback I receive...the more uncertain the future of Globalstar appears. 5 years ago when I picked up on this company....the future of MSS seemed clear. It would be a raging success! But now...I'm not so sure. Good luck all and thanks for lending an ear to a tired and ragged long.

Sincerely..Dan Leniczek
