The filing date is, I am not certain of this, up to 60 days after the 5% ownership level is hit. In any event, the SEC filings show ownership levels, not buying or selling patterns. Thus far, SEC filings only show that between 5/10/99 and 10/12/99 Fidelity sold shares of Newbridge. There is no SEC report to show when selling started or when it ended. Correct? Does anybody have a report to show that Fidelity sold shares of Newbridge prior to the release of Newbridge's first quarter report?
