El Stupido, RE: Barret files to sell shares?
Usually people sell options if they need the money or if they feel the current price is higher than what they will get later on. It is always seen as a pivotal action when 40% of ones options are sold. I hesitate to attribute base motives to this as he may have just wanted to get some money. He may have felt that if they fell much further they would be out of the money since he joined recently his options are a whole lot more costly than Pauls 1 cent ones.
