Conspiracies everywhere?

Hey man, I'm right there with you. I've bought November calls (on expectations of good earnings) and Microsoft delivered in spades. But the old judge had to lay a turd in the punch bowl just as the party got started.

Conspiracy? I don't know how you define conspiracy. What I do know is that I was watching the earnings announcement like a hawk, and minutes after it came out there was a press release headline from the judge. I guess it's not a conspiracy, it's a federal judge playing games with a corporate earnings announcement. I probably couldnt' prove it was done with purposeful intent, but then again, I've been around for a while and haven't just fallen off the turnip truck either.

I just hope the old puss gut comes through with some kind of ruling in a timely fashion now, be it yea or nay. At this point I have to think the stock rallies with any kind of announcement. I think if it's nay, the knee jerk reaction is to tank the stock, then I'll scoop up January calls and I think we'll go right back up when the mess is sorted out and they figure out it will be in appeals forever while 'Soft keeps the dough rolling in.

Just my opinions.
