Dave, Don and thread....OTOTOT, Dave's advice is excellent on the matter of handling one's assets in the event of an unexpected death. No one should leave their loved ones guessing as to their intent. Making a will can be a very, very simple act or as complex as you wish it to be. But, in any event, the simplest will is better than no will at all. This goes for everyone, married or not, children or not. Most of you would be AMAZED to realize what your real net worth would be should you pass on tomorrow. Take the time.
