This has been a major disappointment to me. I, nor any analysts saw this law suit or patent disputes coming. I really don't know how fast this can be resolved. Is there any where to get further info on the progress?

The TSE is following strict rules about not letting dieing companys continue trading. I called the so called IR guy a few days ago I wonder why they keep him around as he has nothing to say, like what else does he do for his 3500/month. I'm going to go to the premises in the next while fwiw try to find out whats happening with the board of directors. The press releases about this dilemma reveal little, it seems that this company has been very poorly managed and that the current executives are rather feeble to say the least.
