Now hold on, I recall hearing that on a PBS special, myself. If it's wrong, what really happened? And why are these sources telling mistruths?

to: Henry Volquardsen from: truedog HV-That's the way I heard from several veterans who were there, and seem to remember reading some documentary, or seeing it on the newsreels. Obviously, you have made a concentrated study of WW2, and I am not ,out and out, disputing you but, would really appreciate a bibliography that will lead me to books I can read to offset what I heard and read. I don't want to be offensive toward you but, it seems that you are very positive about the deeds of the Soviet Union, as if you were proud of them. I hope I am wrong on this point. ^ ^ ^TD
