I agree now that this is out in the open and very favorable to us at that, we should move up. I would be expecting the volume to pick up and maybe just maybe even get a squeeze play out of this. It is believed that the MM's are short on this and I would love nothing more than for us to bleed them for a change!

Jim.
"Spencer Edwards has agreed to raise up to $9 million in private placement financing and more if required. The $9 million private placement will be released to the company in tranches to meet the budgetary requirements over the next 6 months. As compensation for the financing, Spencer Edwards will receive a half warrant for every share issued. Each warrant will have an exercise price of $4 per share".

Is that means that OGPS ever issue any share (aquisision and private placement), Spacer Edwards will always received 50% of that in warrants and pay only $4.0 Is my understanding correct.

Is there a minimum price to raise the PP funds?

In other words at todays price of say a buck, that's 9 million shares.............

if the price were to drop (say 50 cents) would that then mean 18 million shares??????????? (shareholders using the 50 cents for mathematical purposes I am not suggesting a drop to these levels)

I think the strike price of the PP funds these guys are to raise is CRITICAL.

These companies always seem to leave out information an investor or potential investor needs to make a decision.

I'll keep my eye on it..... company has great potential

Good Luck to all.
