Must be something up with this stock?

Over the past week or two volume has been picking up somewhat and now the 'ole market maker has raised his expectations 0.15 - 0.20 last traded at 0.18. UP some 100% on the week! Can't seem to reach the company for comment, has anyone else had any luck. Must be related to the drilling on the powderhorn or is it the diamond property in Quebec?
