Wayne, there is absolutely no question that they get fees on the derivative products and higher fees if they are hits. So far, the Dow products have nothing like the OEX volume in options or S&P 500 volume in futures. Obviously, they are out for the bucks with no concern at all about the integrity of their index. Which is yet another reason why index funds are a joke.
