Ike you answered the issue by yourself. My point is that those auction companies and most of the DOT.COM companies will do everything to pump up the stock, including law violation if they can get of that.

No pawnshop in NYC can store illegal items - e.g. body parts, narcotics, guns etc. So who is to blame?? The store owner will not go of free.

For an unknow reason EBAY and AMZN got of without a problem even that they violated the law.

Now regarding misleading financial statements - every one does it so - (read my comments on the Chicken page)
