Also appearing live at that press conference will be KIS with copies of his call option trading confirmations in hand. KIS will announce a class action suit against Goldman for misleading so many. CNBC will cover live at 10:00. :o)

Where did you read this?

Ebay's numbers didn't look that bad to me. I don't follow the stock though. It wasn't horrible, just lackluster. After the yahoo blowout, expectations were high I guess.
