FYI, I heard the secondary is pricing next week. SNDK is restricted at ML.

Aus, I was under the impression that this patent infringement suit was initiated by Lexar, not SanDisk. SanDisk, however, has made a motion for summary judgment, dismissing the complaint. Maybe the confusion arises from the summary judgement motion, which may have been accompanied by a request for a preliminary injunction against Lexar. If that's the case, I stand corrected. Then Lexar would be entitled to request that SanDisk post bond, though by doing so, Lexar would risk adding to the damages it will likely have to pay if the decision goes against Lexar.
