IMO, there is plenty of supporting evidence (but no solid proof) to the assumption of a created universe from logical and scientific sources as well.

But where did the first "stuff" come from? Perhaps big bang was what created it all...but where did the "stuff" that allowed the big bang to work come from? Somewhere out there.....the first "stuff" had to be created.
