I actually like the floor reports during and before trading hours. but what is this with the late NYSE floor show (forget what it's called)... the anchors have to either helicopter it down there from NJ or, worse, (ack!) carpool;-)/limo there. Other than the NYSE paying them to do it (my assumption), where is the usefulness of that? I could care less where they broadcast from when the floor is dead. BTW, CNBC isn't likely to give up the live floor reports, so better to have Maria than some other loser IMHO. I think she does a pretty good job all things considered. I'll bet it's a pretty tough thing to do live.
