Folks,
I'm not sure I understand something: 600,000,000 shares times .005 means the current market cap is only 3 million dollars. That's not a very high market cap for a company that makes commercial movies, is not filing for bankruptcy, and has several projects lined up for the upcoming year.

The only reasons I can think of for the .005 price are:
1.) People think/suspect that more dilution is coming;
2.) After a reserve split, momentum is usually downward, so why pick up shares at .005 when more can be had at a lower price?;
3.) People have doubts that the stock swap will be as favorable as 12 MVEE to 1 EINI.

Am I wrong anywhere or did I miss anything? I have not bought any shares but I am thinking about it. If anyone here will comment I'd appreciate it as I'm still debating if the risk-to-reward ratio here is a good one.

Thank you,
Chris
