I am not sure everyone reading the thread can (or will) make that distinction. Please do excuse me if I misunderstood, but I thought you just agreed that it was counter-productive to talk about past posts made while you were not here. Since you are the one who originally broached the subject, I welcomed your acknowledgment that it was inappropriate, despite the repetition of hearsay at the same time. It really does appear that you have just resurrected the subject under the guise of a legal discussion. Have you changed your mind once again? My apologies if I misunderstood.

Your post is interesting, and although I disagree with several points in it as long as you have explored the issues and are aware of them I feel my duty has been done. Plus I do not have the time to reply at length because a million people (an exaggeration) wrote to me while my cable was down and now I must answer them all lest they think I am rude and thoughtless. I apologize for not being able to answer you at length.
