Monte. Your post is on the money. Those were 98 numbers. Knowing that consumer borrowing has increased in general this year, I expect we will see 99 numbers in the definitive of $125++ Million for fy 99. good luck ps. thanks for the pick and startin this thread in July. Any chace you want to think about updating the cover page with this release?

Monte. I think the release was well crafted, conservative and allowed insight to the size of this merger. They showed alot of taste by clearly defining the outline for steps to close. Very technical and legalistic, just as Bankers should be. Also thought the personal interviews were great and showed the mutual admiration each party has for each other, regardless of size. Its my quess we are 2 to 4 weeks away from a new mini conglomerate. This is pure play Banking with no other pipe dream projects to tout and strictly loaning dollars to Americans. Today, you can go down to ITT, HFC, Beneficial, Citi group, and so on and borrow 1 - 5 K for huge interest costs, similar to this. This is the same thing, just on a $300.00 scale. This company is not a Paycheck advance. They are not taking your paycheck, just a check from your checking account. Big difference. I think all should recognize this. These loans are not in Lieu of a paycheck!! No diffrent than borrowing 3 grand from any of the above type Finance Companies. Monte, I know you had 3 e mails and I had 4, congratulating you on your pick here, but Lisa and James were curious of the process above so I thought I would highlight the issue for all.
