Don't forget the $6 / share in CASH!!!!!!!!!!! Let's see: Divicom is basically being bought for about $32-$36 per share (depending on HLIT's price). Add $6 per share in cash.

That puts us at $38 - $42 - without any thing yet for the semi-side.

Now, let's value the company as the market would value a ZRAN - which is the closest thing to a pure semi-MPEG play in the market. I think it's fair to say that CUBE semi has a much more robust, diversified, and advanced product line than ZRAN. Yes? If Zran is valued at $26, CUBE should be $32 or $35? Fair? Maybe that's light.

That puts us in the range of $70 - $78 tomorrow.

We need an experienced investment banker for this one. They'll be issuing opinions tomorrow morning before the opening - that much is sure.
