AB -- maximize s/h value. They are creating a third competitor in cable (SFA, GI) and the only one that is open standard. Lookabaugh is a senior member of the HLIT staff. HLIT has separate CC. Anyone got the number? Taxabale transaction on CUBE semi side. Use some cash, but some will be added. After taxes the semi part will have $150M cash on hand. CUBE's board will not change. Semi has good gross margins. No problem with RS' estimate of $220-240M revenues next year. Operating margins of 38%.
