EXACTLY: "Semi has good gross margins. No problem with RS' estimate of $220-240M revenues next year. Operating margins of 38%."

At 30 times earnings that values the semi side at about $1.8 billion (assumes 33% tax rate).

CUBE should open at about $75 tomorrow. If HLIT goes up tomorrow - which it should - CUBE could be at $80.
