Monte,
Thanks for the mention over on the LONE thread. I've been quietly watching VMAX over the past few weeks and do like what I see. The press release looks great but having been burned by a similar "non-binding" agreement on another stock some time ago, I'm waiting until something a bit more concrete materializes.

The terms of the Letter of Intent were not disclosed. The proposed merger is subject to a number of substantial conditions, including each party's satisfactory completion of its due diligence review; the negotiation and execution of a definitive merger agreement; approval of the transaction and definitive agreement by the respective boards of directors and stockholders of VMAX; and other conditions. No assurances can be given that any or all of these conditions will be satisfied or that the merger will be completed.

The last time (when I got burned), the non-binding agreement was nothing more than an agreement to talk about possibly merging in the future. I hope this one works out.

Take care and my best to your family,

WALLEYE
