Global Media just filed a 10-K. Investors were hoping for a NASDAQ listing this week, but it looks like it will be delayed as the SEC will have to review this document. The document does indicate that the Global Player, including video surestream updates from Real Networks, should be completed by mid-December, ending the beta phase. The GAAY e-commerce website should have much more to offer with video capabilities. Also, bugs are being addressed on the Global Player so that it is readily downloadable onto different Network software. Some people have had combatibility problems and have had difficulty downloading the Player. I'll be posting the 10-k file link on the GLMC board.
