Hello Everyone:-) My thoughts on this study is to take it verse by verse and everyone share as they feel led by the Spirit. To share we should start the post with the verse or verses at the top. Any other ideas please feel free to share them. John 1 1: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2: The same was in the beginning with God. 3: All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4: In him was life; and the life was the light of men. 5: And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. I thought that verse 3 was connected to verse 1 in that God spoke to create and Jesus is the very word of God. Verse 5 I see today all around me, no matter how much you tell people about the Lord they can not seem to comprehend it. The sad part is that they are left in darkness where I was at one time and it makes me sad for them not angry. If God has no intention of saving anyone that choses to believe then why should we pray?
