Daytrading aggressively is dangerous.

So is driving three kids to three different schools with 8 contracts Short on GDP day, it appears.

I would not bet on me, I never hold overnight in real trading and doing it here is killing me. But like Tom says, it's a way to test stuff out harmlessly. That system I used before called for a Long if the MNarket hit 1313.20; figures it would work while I was unable to trade it. I guess I could have put in an OCO before I left....it had two scenarios....but I really was still on the fence about entering any trades yet. When I have a bad day mid week or later I usually take the rest of the week off.

My real trading yesterday was okay, but the loss in the contest trade, oddly enough, put me in a frame of mind to back off for some reason.

Anyway, the gap Open looked like a fair gamble to cut back on my paper losses from the overnight trade.
