They provide order fulfillment. Customer management, too, as far as I know.

They handle transaction approval and processing. In fact they do it intelligently at the time of checkout, by offering specials on other items the person has looked over.

You know more about this space than I. Why not talk to them?

Vignette was mentioned at the workshop, too, in VERY favorable terms. However, I came away that BroadVision was the SAP of the space.
