Hi Manny,

So let me get this straight. The Aussies won't do a deal unless the float is dried up, is that correct????? Or are you saying that they don't want their funds used to buy back stock?????? If the later is the case than have Tom sign an agreement that the funds won't be used for buy back and use the funds as was/is originally intended. To make capital advances.
