Maya, you're misreading me. I think HLIT got Divicom on the "cheap". O.K.? But, who cares what I (me) thinks? The market thinks HLIT overpaid for Divicom - hence the drop in value of HLIT (to the tune of 12%). Now, we all hope that the market will have a change in heart once it becomes more informed (apparently, it already has - $58 1/2 in after-hours). I do think CUBE's semi division is GROSSLY undervalued - did I mention that I hate Erika Klauer?

Back off, dude.

Maya. 2.5x sales is for Semi companies, in general. C-Cube is unique. A unique company doesn't have to fit in the rule of thumb. But today, C-Cube analyst are using "Rule of thumb" numbers. I expect a premium paid for the new C-Cube shares. LSI trades at 3.5x sales. It worth more then LSI, as a fabless company.
