Thanks guys. I will try ISLD and INCA since I too haven't had much success with SOES. Eric, I read the ARCA link and noticed that they said it allows you to place an order above the offer and below the bid, but they didn't say you might get a better price. I take that to mean whatever price you enter you will be filled at that price. However, sometimes I trade up to 5000 shares so ARCA might come in handy, I will just have to be more careful.
