Mact,I smile at your post. The only reason I did not trade 9984 this recent wobble was because of reminders of mistakes past and that Edwin-san was holding steady and that I was able to find other trading opportunities to satisfy the need for action.

Company Press Release
Montclare Technologies Launches New Web Site for SOFTBANK Venture Capital
OAKLAND, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 26, 1999--Montclare Technologies, Inc. today announced the successful launch and operation of SOFTBANK Venture Capital's new Web site.

The site, introduced during SOFTBANK's annual conference, is a primary communications vehicle through which SOFTBANK markets its funds and services to investors, potential new startups as well as prospective employees, press and analysts.

The site, which has been live for two weeks, is based on Montclare's iUpdate technology. iUpdate is a server-based application which allows SOFTBANK staff to add pages, edit and update current content using only a browser and common computer skills.

Parts of SOFTBANK's site can even be maintained by contractors at different geographic locations. For example, SOFTBANK's news page can be edited and new releases added by public relations contractor Cool Sheets, using iUpdate's editing tools.

Staffers and contractors have complete control of the system without relying on technical intermediaries. This allows immediate posting of new and updated content, vital in the fast-moving world of venture capital, as well as greatly reducing maintenance costs.

``Timely execution is absolutely core to the VC business, which is why SOFTBANK's new Web site uses Montclare's iUpdate technology. SOFTBANK staff and partners can easily update the site in seconds, without having to rely on 3rd party HTML contractors,' said SOFTBANK Venture Capital's Principal Managing Director, Heidi Roizen.

``Montclare's iUpdate technology offers SOFTBANK Ventures a way to take full control of a complex site without incurring a steep expense for HTML coding,' said Montclare CEO Chuck Rosselle. ``We believe this site will give SOFTBANK one of the most powerful communications tools available on the Web today.'

The SOFTBANK Ventures Web site is at URL sbvc.com.
