It looks like that the whole telecom sector is going to rise based on the so called data revenue growth. Keep this in mind, the information highway is actually built by the internet backbone companies, not those portal sites. The latters are just like the toll collectors on the highway. So, playing internet stocks must play telecoms. Playing telecom stocks must play WCOM. :-)
