Tom,

After reading your message, I'm glad my computer only has a
sound card and not a smell card .... what possesses you to constantly
take and interpret the words of others ?

First off, what makes you think Daphne will respond to my message ?
I've called her many times and she has not responded. Maybe she
was too busy calling you to have you post another of your rah rah
speaches here....

You never cease to amaze me as to just how much of a patsy you
are ... and by your own admission, you sold all of your shares in
Naxos. So just what keeps you around here anyway ???

Your response to my message is incorrect on all three points.
First, if there was a private placement, it is material information and
a press release should have been released. According to the Oct
19 release, Naxos received a favorable decision in the dispute with
Sid Kemp... this is probably where the money for the drill program
came from....
Secondly, the analysis work I referred to is not what you assume
(my guess is that you know exactly what I'm referring to)
Third, Any offer made anyone to finance Naxos should be strongly
considered given the dire straits we are in. If an offer was made by
anyone (including the first point) it should have been shared with the
stockholders as to whether it was accepted and, if not, why it was
declined.

Naxos is quickly going down the tubes and the lack of management
is a great part of the cause.

You sure seem to know a great deal about the happenings and
take a great deal of time discussing what goes on at Naxos for someone who has no vested interest.... Just why is that Tom ?

Paul
