Paul, I don't know any more or less than anyone else here. The only difference is that I have chosen to give what we have heard on the Lithium opportunity some credence and have accepted that this is a reasonable course of action. In addition, I honestly believe this is the best chance of real succes Naxos has ever had. Naxos is finally behaving responsibly but at the same time there seems to be real difficulty for some people to look at where we are today with any sense of hope at all.

My selling of Naxos (and virtually every other stock I used to own) was a financial necessity and any more detail is really none of your business.

My support of Naxos is because I still have at least 25 friends and family members heavily invested from 4 and 5 years ago and it is my ethical responsibility to keep abreast of activities to help them decide for themselves when they wish to take it as a loss or let it ride. I wish I had told them all to sell at $10, but I didn't and shame on me for not doing so.

However, in the handful of posts which are actually critical of my support of Naxos, I have yet to see anything factual or of considered opinion which takes any of the credibility out of what Naxos is doing today.

I would like to see contrary opinions which refute the US geologic testing, the recent Lithium and Boron testing, the ability to enter the Lithium market, a counterclaim regarding one of the largest Lithium suppliers talking to Naxos, reasons why this drill program will not be completed...ANYTHING that actually talks of facts which gives someone a real reason to have serious doubt about the current drill program from Naxos.

Bob Gardner has done EVERYTHING he said he was going to do. He has put a cap on leaks, he has kept the doors open, he has taken out all of the "worlds largest" hype of the old Naxos and replaced it with a logical business alliance with a large Lithium supplier and past and current information which points towards a promising Lithium deposit.

So, based on factual information, who wants to paint this current program as misguided? Who wants to say its a wild goose chase?

It is NOT a gold chase right now. Could it be eventually? Maybe, but for now, we have a real chance to make Naxos a financial success. There is much we don't know. How profitable will it be? How much Lithium do they have that is recoverable? What other metals will be recoverable without the issues of interfering elements (as Mark pointed out)?

This is not a done deal, but Paul, it's the best shot we hav had in a long time...and I support it whole heartedly. Not because it is a slam dunk, but because it's a smart business plan and Bob and the board deserve our support for at least trying to turn Naxos around.
