On October 30th, CodeCare® will open at its new location in Norristown, Pennsylvania.

Things really must be gearing up today in downtown Norristown for the GRAND OPENING Parade, eh? Will the citizens of Norristown be dumping old medical claims forms from their roof tops on John Schmitz, Ray Gamble and Ken Christian as they caravan down West Airy to a rendition of an Elvis Presley song:

I gave a letter to the postman
He put it in his sack
Bright an' early next morning
He brought my letter back

(She wrote upon it)
Return to sender
Address unknown
No such number
No such zone
?

(Or should that be sung upon the URL to their web page?)

Hey here's another "fascinating" fact that surfaced over on the Raging Bull.

ragingbull.com

CodeCare®. Can you believe it CodeCare® has a problem with it. Mon Dieu!!!

There is another company currently in the same field using the name!!!
medsamerica.com

And to compound things PABN/PRWT says it is "®". Well, guess what? I did a little checking. It is not in the US Patent Office database as registered of even pending. Even if PABN/PRWT were to try and register it now they would be bound to fail, because the Houston company has been using this Word Mark / Trademark at least since April of 1998, months before PABN/PRWT took over the shell of PRWT. (Yet April 30, 1998 is the date of the "CodeCare" graphic in MedsAmerica web page.) Hooboy.

The usual thoroughness of PABN/PRWT is extraordinarily predictable. You know how I loathe to second guess, but were I a betting man I would likely wager that CodeCare is not "®" after all. Not even applied for. Double Hooboy. Is it possible that the company is lying about this representation that it is "®". Hahahahaha. "Here's another fine mess you've gotten us into, Ollie."

PS: Here's a little reading you can do about MedsAmerica:
medsamerica.com
Think they will just roll over and let PABN/PRWT parlay their name?
