If ATM is a standard as well as the other acronyms that NN equipment supports, what is it that LU says is their patent?

One of the reasons AT&T was broken up was its bullying tactics with respect to their patent portfolio. I wouldn't be surprised that LU will loose the suit and have to pay court costs and legal expenses to NN.
