Days to cover "was" 1.15 days. No telling what it is now with the much larger float due to the FRO acquisition. Wouldn't be surprised if the total shares short is doubled with next month's figures. Shorts love these convertibles but, fortunately, this offering is at a smaller percentage of market cap than I've suffered with other companies. Sure, management will leverage the funds which, supposedly, is good news, but in my experience, for a little while we can expect a cap on the stock price with a downward bias. It'll take a lot of positive news to offset this "setback." Oh, the pains of growing. CF Rebel
