Filing lawsuits is what DOJ knows best. Seeking injunction to prevent a merger is their standard means of blockage. It is not a matter of undoing anything. I think it is likely, however, that VIAS will find another suitor.

Considering VIAS' strong cash position, I feel like I am acquiring the company for free. I have little doubt that other sharks will also smell the blood in the water.
