Patrick, Thank you for your participating in the contest. We have someone on hand eager to participate, so I will notify them that a new spot has opened. I explored that situation in depth and found that it could not be proven beyond a reasonable doubt that an error was committed, so therefore no action was taken. Loopholes that could allow the situation to arise again were closed. I assume my integrity was not in question in making these rulings. Regards, David
