Lee, one very strange thing happened today: the dollar index actually fell in the midst of the euphoria...are the bond and the dollar trying to tell us something? (i.e. economic slowdown in the offing?)
if so, will that be good or bad for stocks? i'm not sure about that one yet, but if the economy were to suddenly fall off a cliff (i know, sounds very unlikely) it would not be good...
how could it possibly happen? consumers and corporations may have reached the limit of their borrowing capacity...that's what happened in '29 (sorry! <gg>).

regards,

hb

Lee:

"Window dressing may be over but end of month fund buy ins last another week or so."

That's exactly what I am looking for. I think we rally pretty hard through next week and take a breather ahead of the Fed week after next.

"J6P is going to watch Ruhkeyser as he looks into the camera with that usual smug grin and proclaims that he was right once again."

I expect this to be a further impetus as well.
