Well then that brings us back to the previous point. One site is bare dirt growing weeds, by choice, and the other one has had $1.5 Billion spent on it to try and produce semiconductor wafers. Neither one seems to be producing those wafers and you don't think their conditions should be described in different terms! I do. I see a major difference between unproductive dirt clods and a completed, fitted out, fully equipped Fab plant which still is no more productive than Intel's dirt clods. If you think the term "delayed" is equally accurate in capturing the current status of both sites then we have a major disconnect here on how we perceive reality.
