Dave,

Great idea. I nearly suggested it but thought "I'm a new guy around here... I better not push my luck."

There are so many posts, it is nearly a full time job to keep up. And if you are not in the contest, it is like eating ribs... a whole lot of work for a few bites full of food (even if it is good food, the work becomes arduous).

Matt

I agree.
It will free up this thread for "real" thoughts, data, and views,.... the very things that have made this a great thread for any trader to follow.

For what it's worth, I think all posts should remain on this current thread... this way, everything can been viewed in one simple scan... I think it would be more of an annoyance to jump up and back from one thread to another to ask a poster a question just because it's not a trade... this would only confound and complicate things, just my 2 cents here.....BWDIK

Better yet, there's nothing to stop someone from posting to another poster on another thread right now anyway... so those who prefer skipping between threads can do that now anyway... to formulate an official ruling that one or another person cannot post here because it's not a trade order is contrary to the purpose and very nature of this thread; that is, systems, strategies and resources for trading futures..... but, anyway.....
