To anyone that has some helpful info:
I'm a new investor to ATHM. (bought friday) I spent the last few hrs reading this thread. I bought before reading anything anyone had posted. I would like more info about legal status of open cable. Also need to know more about Time Warner and if there is any connection to ATHM whith them ( I know kind of dumb to buy this stock without being clear on that) Also interested in ASKJ associaation with ATHM and or Time Warner. I ask about ASKJ becouse ASKJ has hired some old AOL staff that was engaged in building content. I know ASKJ has ties with some cable company but I don't know how far those ties go. I got more D.D. to do. Thanks in advance for commitments on these topics to all in advancve.

I'm wondering if the open access question is holding this stock down. Everywhere the local governments demand open access, T says it won't upgrade. (For example, this week in the city of St. Louis.)
