Does NN pick up an extra hour to ship product this quarter because of daylight savings time? Do the analysts have this factored in? (VBG) Rob

Pat, please enlighten me. ECI is suing TI over DSL patents? Is this a US patent? A quick search reveals ECI owns a grand total of 4 US patents? And only 1 from this decade, relating to Sonet jitter limiting, shared with Transwitch. 2 of the others are related to DCME equipment, and the last related to fax transmission. ECI is hardly at the forefront in xDSL, although they do have some good (older) HDSL products that compete with Pairgain. I am virtually certain that ECIs new ADSL product would be using "off the shelf" DSL components. I will check this out next week for sure. Are you sure you were referring to ECI Telecom (ECIL)? Gary
