Hi David,

I'm out of the Box....<<smile>>

The problem was mechanical:
<<Our system is picking up that you're a "spammer" I have lifted the (automated) suspension.>>

Seems that I'm unfailingly consistent and repetitious in the manner of posting Contest Summaries. <<chuckle>>

Which leads rather nicely into this fact....I consistently post stops and the 'intent' (this is a key word under the rules) to use them.

Now...if the Posted stop existing on the 28th was not marked Good to Cancel GTC...it's existence and/or intent to use ended at the close of the 28th trading at 4:15....."stop as stated 1365.00" did not exist as a printed GTC order...only an intent after 4:15.

If I choose to b20 at 1364 the next day 29th to cover the s20 the previous day...Okay, if I choose to b20 at 1365...Okay, so what....there was no GTC posted...only an intent to "stop as stated"....

Rule #4:
"Contestants should use standard order protocol when placing orders on the SS&R thread, and state whether the trade is to open, close, or add to a position. Intuitive abbreviations are suitable...Placing a stop-loss order at the time of or shortly after a new position is entered is both wise and recommended, but not required.

I know the difference between a Good to Cancel and Good for the Day order....and I know that any order that does not mention time is considered a day order. That is, it will expire at the end of the trading session during which it is entered. GTC was not on the post....therefore by the rules the stop could not be triggered at 1365 the next day. I needed to enter the trade as a new order. The fact that I used 1365 as a mental signal was just an "intent" by the next day.

I am not a master at the terminology used to trade futures and I will adjust to the requirements and your rulings.

But, I believe there is room for my argument.
I'm right here David, GTC was not stated. All otherwise placed 'stops' intent or printed don't exist after 4:15 unless labeled GTC.
