How is it possible that they would be using the ®, if CodeCare wasn't even in the database? This would seem to be a misrepresentation. I guess when John Schmitz is pretending to be Bill Gates, he forgets that Bill has his lawyers actually file for the Microsoft trademarks. So any news on how the Parade went on West Airy Street there today? Those shredded medical forms cascading and fluttering from the roof tops, must have been quite the sight. Must have brought a lump to John Schmitz throat - a tear to Ray Gamble's eye - to see all their hard work and dedication bear such sweet fruit on their opening day. Must have been overtime for the entire Norristown police force to deal with the surge of people attending the post-parade Open House.

Well Russ, the Trademark database has updated to November 1, 1999. You will just never believe which trademark is not listed there still. Applied for accepted or otherwise. (See: uspto.gov ) The mysterious thing is that PABN/PRWT uses the ® after the name. As if they own a mark that is yet to show even applied for. Do you suppose we will see them now start to jump the gun on the Thrift and start putting "S&L" after their name before the application is even submitted? Or are we way into On-Line Auctioning now - forget about all those other businesses. What's with these guys?
