You got me curious, Don. From their financials (notes): "Software development costs are capitalized once technological feasability has been achieved. Costs incurred prior to reaching technological feasability are charged to research and development expense as incurred. The company had capitalized software of $296,195 relating to development efforts on the Company's middleware product, ATLink, as of December 31, 1998. Capitalized software was $355,719 at March 31, 1999." Notes don't indicate how quickly they write down the capitalized R&D costs. WUWT
